RICHMOND, Va. – Police released a surveillance photo of a porch pirate wanted on Richmond’s Northside.
Capt. Dan Minton with Richmond Police said the suspect pilfered a package from the Bellevue neighborhood.
“This guy stole a package on Lorraine Avenue,” Minton posted on Twitter. “Help us deliver him to jail.”
