Police identify man killed on Hull Street

RICHMOND, Va. -- Richmond Police have identified a man who was shot killed on Hull Street as Nicholas Yarborough, a man in his 20s.

On Wednesday, November 11, officers were called to the 3000 block of Hull Street for the report of a person shot at approximately 11:17 a.m.

When officers arrived at the scene, they found Yarborough in a front yard of a structure down and unresponsive suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.

Detectives are asking anyone who may have seen anything suspicious that morning in that Hull Street area, near the intersection of Broad Rock Road, to contact them.
