Police identify man killed in Sunday evening shooting in Richmond

RICHMOND, Va. -- Police have identified a man killed at a Richmond apartment complex Sunday evening as Tequan T. Greenhowe, a male in his 20s.

Officers were called to the 1200 block of Admiral Gravely Boulevard in the East End for several reports of a shooting at approximately 6 p.m.

"Once on scene, they found Greenhowe outside his residence with gunshot wounds," police said. "He was taken to a local hospital, where he later died."

The shooting was the second of two fatal shootings at the apartment complex Sunday. Police are still investigating if the shootings, which were several hours apart, are related.

Police have not released any information about a suspect nor motive at this time.
