CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. – Both alcohol and a lack of seatbelt use played a role in the death of a driver, according to Chesterfield Police.
Kevin S. Jennings, 45, of Henrico, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash along the 19300 block of Hull Street Road in Moseley.
The crash was reported at about 12:15 a.m. Wednesday
"A 2008 Kia Sportage was traveling east on Hull Street Road when it ran off the road into the median and overturned," a Chesterfield Police spokesperson wrote in an email.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
