COVID-19 vaccine makers sign pledge not to rush vaccine

RICHMOND, Va. -- Richmond and Henrico Health Districts announced that scheduled testing and vaccination events on Tuesday will be canceled due to winter conditions.

This includes the Arthur Ashe CVC vaccination site and testing and vaccinations at Second Baptist Church.
