HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- Police arrested a Henrico man for the illegal disposing of a body.
Police discovered the human remains along the 2200 block of Charles City Road near Klocker Road in Sandston on Tuesday.
"During the investigation, officers and detectives identified Christian Thomas Clark, as a person of interest," a Henrico Police spokesperson said. " On July 22, 2020, just after midnight, Clark, 22, was arrested and charged with illegal disposal of a body, and an outstanding warrant for a failure to appear warrant for possession of a controlled substance."
Police have not yet released the name of the deceased, nor that person's cause of death.
Clark was incarcerated at Henrico County Jail without bond.
