RICHMOND, Va. -- After missing out on a chance to be part of a Diamond District development team, Richmond’s largest hotelier has found a way to get in on the action along Arthur Ashe Boulevard. Shamin Hotels bought the former Hardee’s restaurant property at 921 Myers St. for $4.75 million, city records show.
