RICHMOND, Va. -- Loved ones gathered to mourn the loss of a 20-year-old woman from Chesterfield killed in a crash last weekend.

Keira Reese-Johnson's car broke down on I-64 in Hampton on Saturday, April 26, according to state police. Troopers said that is when an SUV rear-ended her car.
