HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- Two people were found dead in a West End home Tuesday night.
The deaths appeared to be the result of a murder-suicide, Crime Insider sources told Jon Burkett.
"Henrico 9-1-1 received a call from family who arrived home in the 4900 block of Merlin Lane, to find their parents upstairs, deceased," a Henrico Police spokesperson wrote in an email. "Family immediately called for help which prompted a large response from EMS and police personnel in this Glen Allen neighborhood."
Police identified the deceased as 53-year-old Carol Ann Hudson and 57-year-old Gregory Allan Hudson.
"While detectives are in the early stages of this investigation, it appears to be a domestic-related incident," the email continued.
Police were called to the home, off Francistown Road in western Henrico, at about 9 p.m.
