RICHMOND, Va. — A man is recovering after being wounded outside a Richmond paper company.
The incident happened at Bizport right before noon on North 3rd Street Saturday.
Officers say the victim drove himself to the hospital.
He is expected to be okay. The investigation is ongoing.
