RICHMOND, Va. -- A 44-year-old man suffered life-threatening wounds when he was shot Thursday in Richmond. Police learned about the shooting when someone drove the victim to the hospital.
"Officers responded and determined that the incident occurred at a residence in the 3000 block of Navorone Avenue," a Richmond Police spokesperson said. "Major Crimes Detectives are attempting to gather additional information that may assist the investigation."
