RICHMOND, Va. — A person was shot Monday afternoon in South Richmond.
Police responded to 16th and Decatur Streets, around 5 p.m. Monday. When they arrived on scene they found a man shot in his car with non-life threating injuries.
He was transported to the hospital. Police believe the man was shot at a different location.
