BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- Deion Pierre isn't just winning football games, he's winning at life.

Moments after helping his Samford University Bulldogs defeat VMI Saturday, the junior linebacker proposed to his girlfriend on the field.

Just like with the game, he relied on his teammates to help him succeed.
