RICHMOND, Va. — Two people are in the hospital after being struck by a car in South Richmond.
Police were called to the 5700 block of Hull Street around 3 p.m. for the accident. Both pedestrians were transported to a local hospital and one of them is said to have sustained life-threatening injuries.
Charges are pending for the driver of the car.
