RICHMOND, Va. – Crews are working on a water main break in Richmond.
Clarke Road, near Grove Avenue, is shut down as crews work to fix the water main break.
The water was turned off while crews repair it, which has affected around 50 customers.
The water is pooling over to Grove Avenue, the utility company said.
