Man wanted in purse theft at West End restaurant

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — Police have released photos of a man wanted for questioning in connection to a purse theft. A woman told police that someone took her purse, on April 1, while she ate at a restaurant along the 1600 block of Willow Lawn Drive.

Police did not disclose the name of the restaurant.

“Shortly after the larceny, the victim’s credit card was used at a retail store in a neighboring locality,” a Henrico Police spokesperson said. “Based upon images obtained, the suspect appears the be a white or Asian male, wearing a ball cap, and possibly operating a white Honda Accord.”
