RICHMOND, Va -- Firefighters were on scene of an apartment building on Richmond's Southside, where crews say a fire rekindled Thursday morning.
Firefighters arrived to the apartment building on Norcroft Terrace off Midlothian Turnpike at around 2:30 Thursday morning. Flames could be seen shooting out of the roof.
Hours earlier, they responded to the same building for a dryer fire. Crews said the winds may have caused the fire to reignite.
The fire was contained in about 15 minutes. No one was hurt.
