CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. – Crews are working a chemical spill at Bailey Bridge Middle School and Manchester High School Wednesday afternoon.
Chesterfield fire officials said they received a call for an unknown chemical going into a drainage ditch and a creek nearby.
