RICHMOND, Va. -- One day after police released video of a man stealing a package off the front porch of a home in the Fan, police announced an arrest in the case. Derrick D. Traylor, 39, was charged with larceny for the package theft.

The video showed the man walking in the 2500 block of Floyd Avenue. When he sees a package on a front porch, the man walks up the steps, covers the package with his jacket and walks away.
