CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — The staff and students at Swift Creek Elementary School in Midlothian are getting funky for the Standards of Learning tests. The staff created this motivational video, to the tune of Bruno Mars’ “Uptown Funk,” to help encourage the students to perform their best on the standardized test.
