RICHMOND, Va. — The owners of a local tattoo shop want their lions back.

Someone absconded with two, four-foot tall concrete lion statues that flank the Enigma tattoo shop in the 1800 block of Broad Street.

Thursday morning, April 16, around 6:30 a.m.,two men dressed like city workers stole the lions, said Jeffrey Young, who manages River City Tattoo (they also own Enigma).

He estimated that they weight around 500 lbs. each.

The shop is  offering a reward for the return of the lions.
