SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY, Va. -- A Girl Scout leader was arrested for allegedly taking indecent liberties with a child and also on numerous child porn charges in Spotsylvania County. Deputies said the investigation into Chad Miller, of Spotsylvania, began after he allegedly sent the 14-year-old female victim a link to a pornographic website. Investigators said Miller, a Girl Scout leader and family friend of the victim, is also a person of interest in a similar investigation in Fairfax.
Investigators said they discovered cell phones and computers in the 47-year-old man's home that contained several hundred child porn images.
