RICHMOND, Va. — Police are seeking tips after two homes were struck by bullets Sunday evening in Fairfield Court, one of Richmond’s public housing neighborhoods.
Richmond police said officers were dispatched to the 2300 block of Selden Street after two women were arguing in the street and started exchanging gunfire.
Police did arrest one of the women, but CBS 6 is told that the other ran off before officers arrived.
