RICHMOND, Va. – VCU men's basketball coach Shaka Smart is taking on a new challenge – helping children in need.
Smart has been selected as a contestant in ESPN's Infiniti Coaches Charity Challenge, a March Madness-style competition that raises money for non-profit organizations.
Smart has partnered with the Richmond'sFriends Association For Children.
During each round that Smart advances helps him earn a cash prize for the group.
