HENRICO COUNTY, Va. – An 18-year-old man is accused of aggravated assault on a police officer after police said he head-butted an officer.
Rayheim Tavon Moore was arrested early Saturday morning while Henrico police responded to a loud party in the 6700 block of Loco Lane.
While he was in handcuffs, police said Moore head-butted the officer.
The officer was not hurt.
