HENRICO, Va. -- All was quiet on Friday at the Henrico home from where police say three teenagers, high school age, were transported to the hospital after a night of drinking on New Year’s Eve.

Police responded to the 4300 block of Pine Top Court just after 10:30 p.m. for an anonymous report of underage drinking at a party.

"Once we arrived on scene several juveniles ran from the house and we went inside to investigate and we found three juveniles who were obviously intoxicated and suffering from their condition,” said Lt. Chris Eley, with Henrico County Police Department.

Kelly Lilly, 42, faces three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor for providing the teens with alcohol while in her care for a slumber party. One male and two female high school students were taken to the hospital by ambulance also face charges for underage drinking.

"She was home at the time and left and came back before she left she actually provided alcohol to the kids,” Henrico Police said.

All neighbors who spoke with CBS 6 said that Lilly is “pretty quiet” and “nice” and “don't think she had any involvement in this" and stated "I think its unfortunate."

"There was a lot going on it was impassable to drive up and down the street here because of cop cars and ambulances,” said a neighbor.
