RICHMOND, Va. — Police detectives identified the man stabbed to death on Southwood Parkway in South Richmond Sunday night. Police said homicide victim Ramon Arturo Delgado-Bernal, 26, had no fixed addressed.
When police arrived to the crime scene outside an apartment at about 7 p.m. Sunday, they found Delgado-Bernal suffering from stab wounds. He died at the scene.

Police have not yet said what led up to the stabbing.
