MILWAUKEE — One father captured his daughter’s first crawl on video and the ending will certainly make you smile.
“Our little girl crawls for the first time on video but what happened next melted our hearts! Labs are the best family dog ever!” Don Swift posted on YouTube.
The video shows the baby girl crawling toward the Black Lab, who keeps a watchful eye on the child as she inches closer to the dog.
Right before the baby finally makes it to the pup, the dog turns toward the baby. That’s when the dog stretches forward, turning to greet the little girl. The dog then stretches its muzzle toward the baby and wags its tail before planting a single lick on the little one, who is all smiles.
