RICHMOND, Va. -- Richmond Police are investigating a shooting in the Highland Park area.
Police were nearby when they heard gunshots fired. They were able to quickly respond, within minutes.
Three people were shot, and all have non-life threatening injuries, police said.
A witness saw three people being carried out on a stretcher.
A suspect is in custody, and it is unclear at this time if there are any other suspects.
There are at least nine officers on scene.
