HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — Henrico officials said the county planned to hand out bottled water to people who live in the more than 30 apartments impacted by a water main break. The break disrupted water service to 34 apartments in the Breckenridge complex off Gaskins Road between West Broad Street and Springfield Road.
Mineral Spring Road was closed due to the break.
The county said the Department of Public Utilities expected to have the water back on by midnight.
