RICHMOND, Va. — Four people were arrested and one person was hurt in a shooting along the 2800 block of Decatur Street, near the intersection of Hull Street Road and Midlothian Turnpike, in south Richmond Friday morning, police said. The shooting started outside a home at about 4:30 a.m. and then the situation moved inside.
One person, who police described as a male, suffered a non-life threatening injury. Four people connected to the crime were arrested, however their names and charges were not released.
