RICHMOND, Va. -- Cheryl Miller celebrated her 30th anniversary at WTVR CBS 6 during Virginia This Morning and the CBS 6 News at Noon on Friday. Miller has hosted Virginia This Morning since it began in 2006 and has anchored the News at Noon since she arrived in 1984.
With co-workers gathered behind the anchor desk to show their love and support, WTVR CBS 6 general manager Stephen Hayes congratulated Miller on her milestone.
"You've been an inspiration for a lot of people," Hayes said.
"This truly is my other family. This is like home to me," Miller said. "I'm embraced in the warmth of everybody I work with. It's been a joy. I hope it continues."
