HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- A 51-year-old man was charged with starting a fire after Henrico investigators ruled Friday's house fire along the 800 block of Nine Mile Road was arson.
James Miles Jr. was charged with arson to an occupied dwelling.
No one was hurt in the fire, but several men who lived in the home were displaced due to minor fire and smoke damage the home sustained.
The fire was reported at about 11:59 p.m. Friday. When units arrived they found fire in the rear bedroom of the two-story residence.
Crews contained the fire to the bedroom. The fire was marked under control at 12:27 a.m.
