Crash closes I-95 (SOURCE: LeaTonia Harris)
COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. — A crash closed all lanes of Interstate 95 north and south near Southpark Boulevard (mile marker 53) Friday afternoon.
As of 7:30 p.m., all lanes have reopened, but a two-mile backup remained heading northbound on I-95. AThere was also a 1/2 mile backup on I-85 north.
