Man wears white rag while robbing Hanover pharmacy

HANOVER COUNTY, Va. — A man used a white rag to cover his face while he robbed a Hanover pharmacy Saturday night. The man walked into the pharmacy on Charter Gate Drive, flashed a gun and robbed the store of cash and OxyContin.

“The suspect is described as a dark-complected black male, 6’0”, and a slender build,” Hanover Sheriff’s Office Lt. Chris R. Whitley said. “The suspect was last seen wearing a gray or light blue button-down shirt, dark pants, and dark shoes. He was also wearing a white baseball cap with a red brim and red lettering.”

The crime happened about 6 p.m. on Saturday, July 26. No one was injured.
