RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Firefighters have doused a fire that broke out in the walls of a Richmond fast-food restaurant Sunday night.

Lt. Robbie Hagaman with RFD said employees at the Burger King in the 4800 block of W. Broad Street called 911 around 10 p.m. after spotting flames inside the restaurant’s walls.

When fire crews arrived, they found a lot of smoke and began tearing open walls to access the blaze. They quickly knocked down the flames.
