RICHMOND, Va. — Two of Richmond’s most popular deejays will soon be back on the air.
CBS 6 has learned that Bill Bevins and Shelly Perkins will co-host a weekday morning show on the new Easy 100.9 FM.
The team spent more than a decade together on Lite 98, but signed off shortly before Christmas after deciding to not renew their contracts.
Bevins has also worked here at CBS 6 since the 1980s, and currently serves as a co-host on Virginia This Morning.
CBS 6 is still waiting on official word from Summit Media, which owns Easy 100.9.
