Do you know what happened to this man in Shockoe Bottom?

RICHMOND, Va. -- Richmond police are asking for the public's help to piece together what happened to a 23-year-old man found injured in Shockoe Bottom last Friday morning.

Officials said that Hussein Salih was found at the intersection of Cedar and East Marshall streets suffering from a significant head injury on June 13 around 2:30 a.m..

Salih was transported to VCU Medical Center.

Detectives are asking anyone who saw or interacted with Salih, who is described six feet tall and weighing 170 pounds, on the evening and morning in question. He is believed to have patronized several establishments in Shockoe Bottom before walking from the area and being found injured.
