HENRICO COUNTY, Va. –  A Hanover man pled guilty to one count of taking indecent liberties with a minor. Eight additional charges against Todd Attkisson were Nolle prossed. That means the charges were set aside, but could be brought back at any time.

Attkisson, 53, was arrested in August 2013 after accusations of a sexual relationship with an underage teenage came to light. Court documents alleged Attkisson and the girl, who is now 19, were physically involved between November 2008 and January 2011.

Attkisson, who is CEO of Ashland Roller Mills, is scheduled to be sentenced in September.
