HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) — A 39-year-old Henrico man who disappeared on May 15 was found at a Richmond church Friday.
Police described Billy Wooten as a disabled adult who is 5 feet 11 inches tall and 260 pounds.
“I am not aware of the circumstances which led to him being located, but he is safe and back in Henrico,” Lieutenant C. L. Garrett wrote in a news release.
