ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – The driver of the tractor trailer that overturned Wednesday morning along Monacan Trail (Route 29) at Interstate 64 (exit 118) has been charged with driving too fast for highway conditions, according to Albemarle County Police.
The road, which was closed for several hours Wednesday morning, has since reopened.
