HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – A Richmond woman was arrested and charged with arson in connection to an eastern Henrico house fire. Nicole Monique Carter, 32, was charged with arson and statutory burglary, according to online court records.
She is suspected of starting an April 28 fire that burned a home along the 3200 block of Ainsworth Lane, off Nine Mile Road.
“Units arrived on scene with fire and smoke visible from the second floor of a single family home,” Henrico Firefighters said about the fire. No one was inside the home when fire crews arrived on scene. No one was injured.
