HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – An 86-year-old woman involved in a three-vehicle crash at Seven Hills Boulevard and Miller Road in eastern Henrico Friday afternoon has died. Mildred L. Grady, of Turner Road in Varina, died Saturday, according to Henrico Police.

She was a passenger in a Ford Focus that ran a stop sign, Police spokeswoman Lt. Linda Toney said.

“[The] Ford Focus was traveling north on Miller Road approaching the intersection of Seven Hills Boulevard. At the same time a GMC Sierra was traveling east on Seven Hills Boulevard and a Honda Odyssey was traveling west on Seven Hills Boulevard,” Lt. Toney wrote in an email. “As the Ford approached the intersection, the operator failed to stop for the stop sign and struck the GMC.  The Ford then collided with the Honda.”

The driver of the Ford, a 55-year-old Florida woman, was charged with failure to obey a stop sign, Lt. Toney said. The driver remained in the hospital with “significant injuries.”

The two other drivers were treated for minor injuries.
