RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – 50 Cent and Keyshia Cole will headline the 10th Annual Stone Soul Music and Food Festival on Saturday, May 31 at the Richmond Raceway complex. The event is scheduled to run from noon to 9 p.m.
