RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – The FBI released photos of a man believed to be a sexual predator who exploited a child. The FBI is calling the man John Doe 28.

Investigators recently enhanced photos of John Doe 28. They hope the new photos spread around the Internet and someone will recognize the man.

The images contain clues the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children said could help the case.

“The video depicts the subject and the victim inside a residence with what appears to be a blue sofa chair and a picture hanging on a wall in the background,” the FBI said in a statement. “The subject is wearing wire-framed glasses and a burgundy t-shirt with what appears to be a shark logo on his left side.”

The FBI does not know where the crimes took place, nor where John 28 is today.

Investigators believe he is a white man in the 30s or 40s.

“The public is reminded no charges have been filed in this case and the pictured
individual is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law,” the FBI said.
