RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – A ruptured gas line has forced the evacuation of buildings along the 700 block of E. Franklin Street in downtown Richmond, according to Richmond Fire spokesman Lt. Robbie Hagaman. Traffic detours are going up around the area.
