(WTVR) – There was a time when you could not turn on the radio without hearing Nelly’s hit song “Hot in Herre.” That time was just after the song came out in 2002.
Fast forward 12 years and a California radio station has been playing the hip-hop song, on a loop, for more than 17 hours. Latino Mix 105.7 has been playing “Hot in Herre” since Friday afternoon.
Why?
The station is pulling a radio stunt ahead of a format change. It will soon be re-branded as Hot 105.7.
