PETERSBURG, Va. (WTVR) – An overturned tractor trailer closed the northbound left shoulder of Interstate 95, near Interstate 85, in Petersburg. VDOT reported drivers could experience some delays Wednesday afternoon.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
The driver suffered minor injuries.
