The multi-billion stadium, located on Atlantic and Flatbush Avenues in Brooklyn, is home to home to the NBA’s Brooklyn Nets. The A-10 league has a five-year deal with the arena as championship host, according to VCU Athletics.

Play starts on March 12, with George Mason facing off against Fordham.

VCU, seeded number two, is schedule to play on Friday, March 14, at 6:30 p.m. on the NBC Sports Network.

The Spiders are the #7 seed and will face  #10 Duquesne on Thursday night at 6:30, with the winner advancing to face the Rams.

The Spiders have lost four in a row, but beat the Dukes in the only meeting between the two this year, 75-58 in Pittsburgh.

VCU is a combined 3-0 this year against both the Spiders and Dukes. They beat Duquesne in January 80-65, and swept both games against Richmond, the most recent being a 56-50 come from behind win at the Robins Center last Thursday night.

The A-10 championship will be Sunday at 1pm, and can be seen on CBS 6.
