RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - We will see periods of rain through this afternoon, with more than a half-inch of rainfall possible (closer to an inch in southern and southeastern Virginia).
Rain will taper off from west to east this evening.
Highs today will be in the mid 30s to lower 40s with wind chills in the 20s and 30s.
